At Owens Family Furnishings, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because furniture involves larger shipments and careful handling, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business.
Eligibility for Returns

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

In their original condition, unused, and free of damage, stains, or wear.

Accompanied by all original parts, manuals, tags, and packaging.

Shipped back in the original box or equivalent protective packaging.

Custom orders, special orders, clearance, and final sale items are not returnable.
How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, photos of the item, and packaging to confirm eligibility.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit

We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card or credit code, valid for future purchases.

Store credit is processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges (including original delivery fees) are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or delivered in error.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for any cost differences and all shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any damage or defect must be reported to Owens Family Furnishings within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Damage reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Important Notes

Owens Family Furnishings reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Items that show signs of assembly, use, modification, or customer-caused damage will not be accepted.
